Pricing / Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars and we accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit card payments via Paypal platform.

Orders

When you place an order to purchase products from us, your order is deemed an offer to purchase products from us. We have absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason.

All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. You cannot cancel your order once we accept your order. We reserve the right to refund you the price of any product/s for which you have paid (in lieu of delivery or supply of such product/s), even after we have sent you an email informing that your order has been accepted and payment has been received by us.

Refunds & Replacements

Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. We reserve the right to refund or provide an exchange with an item of similar value in the event of stock unavailability.

Save for the above, please write in to us within 3 days from the delivery date if there is an issue with your order. Please note that the items must be in original condition (ie: the items are not used or installed) and in the original packaging.

In the event that your order cancellation is accepted, do note that a restock and administrative fee will be charged.

Delivery is a hard cost incurred and is non-refundable.

Product Warranty (Carry-In)

The warranty period is 3 year from the date of delivery for downlights / track lights and lighting fixtures (bulbs are excluded from warranty). The warranty is valid only if the item is properly installed, correctly operated, used under decent maintenance and if there appears a clear manufacturing defect. The order confirmation must be submitted together with your request.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, corrosion or a result of defective maintenance. The warranty does not cover either shut-down cost of production or other consequential damages.

LuxAffair reserves the right to repair the item, replace with an item of a similar value or provide a refund for the item.

Product Quality Claim / Returns

Please Note: There are NO RETURNS. All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns for change-of-mind as well.

The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to scale. Please refer to the measurements in the product description for accuracy on the product size or contact us if you require clarifications. Colours of products may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm. All lighting fixtures are sold without bulbs unless otherwise stated.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

It is your sole responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt, before you sign the delivery order which represents acceptance of items in good order and condition. Customers are advised to check their item at delivery and reject any damaged item. If you did not reject any item, please email us at sales[at]lightatelier.com.sg within 24 hours from receipt of items with supporting photos and/or videos. Once you have signed on the delivery order and acknowledged that the item is received in good order and condition, you will not be entitled to an exchange or a store credit refund. If it is established and agreed by the company that the items are damaged or incorrect, do take note that replacements will arrive 3 to 5 Weeks from the date of approval of such a replacement. .

Delivery

Please take note that free delivery is only applicable for delivery to addresses within Singapore (excluding Jurong Island, offshore islands, military bases or other restricted areas).

Installation / Advice

You hold us free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results or adverse situations created as a direct result of specific referral or advice given by us.

Do note that some of the lightings you purchase from may come unassembled and assembly will have to be done up by the electrician or installer who is doing up the installation for you.

Product Colour Disclaimer

We have made every effort to make the colours and finishes on screen as close as possible to the colours and finishes of the products you’ll use. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match in colours and finishes and the images and information on this website or sent to you via email and via other digital devices should not be relied on as such. The representation of colours, gloss levels, metallic pigment effects and textures are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings, or due to colour calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker/lighter in reality. For measurements, please allow variance +/- of 3cm.

You should always purchase a sample of our products before you commit to a large purchase.

Designer Inspired Lighting

*Please take note lighting displayed on www.Luxaffair.co are designer inspired lighting.* Designer inspired lighting are an affordable alternative to the original, however due to compliance they cannot be manufactured exactly like the original designer lighting. If you cannot accept this term, please do not purchase from us. By making payment online through our website or any other sales channel, you hereby agree that the lighting you receive will not be exactly like the original.

Delayed Delivery due to Unforeseen Situations

In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, LuxAffair reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.

No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
Light Atelier shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Light Atelier or to any comparison
